2021 Topps x Nashville Stars

Topps has, once again, teamed up with Music City Baseball and the Negro League Baseball Museum to issue a series of cards highlighting artists who support this worthy cause - pursuing to become the first MLB franchise to honor a team name from the Negro Leagues.

MLB recognized the Negro Leagues as a Major League in late 2020, but we see the need for the Nashville Stars to take the field once again, at the highest level of professional baseball. Because through our National Pastime, we can continue to build bridges for a better, more equitable society for all.

Our featured group is MercyMe, a five member group founded in Edmond, OK in 1994 and who have called Nashville home since their move to the area in 1997. Nominated for numerous awards over the years, they won Top Christian Artist during the 2018 Billboard Music Awards.
